This is what our client has sent:

"we have a moodle v2.1.2. Our chinese senior tutor is having a frustrating shee when she inputs characters into the text editor. As usual for her, there are times when she may have to choose the character she requires from a selection (according to the tone) but often when she does this and moves on to the next character she loses all she has already written. As a work around I have suggested she use copy/paste from a word doc but I don't understand why this is a problem. She is using an xp machine with office 2007.
