Testing Instructions:
Hide

log on as an administrator or other user with capabilities to modify the front page;

click the 'Turn Editing On' button;

notice that the edit section icon is small (an inspector reveals that it has the 'iconsmall' class);

enter a course;

ensure editing is still on;

notice that the edit section icon is large (an inspector reveals that it has the 'icon' class).
