I created this issue for the todo items during working on the MDL-30971 docblock improvement project.

• Check if "multipart/x-byterages" is more compatible (in byteserving_send_file function)
• Implement feedback area in grade component (in file_pluginfile function)
• shall we block guests access in event_description area
• review the logic of user profile access prevention
