Create a quiz, set time limit for 20 min
10 minutes into the quiz, change local computer time to 10 minutes earlier
      10 minutes added to timer
User submits at 1min left (29 minutes actually spent)
      All answers are saved

Tested on IE9 and Firefox 9. During a quiz (set to use time limit, so javascript timer is shown), user can add/ reduce time by changing their local machine time.

Submission/ attempt record (fortunately) shows the correct values. Meaning, the start time, end time, and time taken values on the attempt details page will reflect the 'extra time' taken if any, so decision can be made based on these information.
