Hide courses in navigation block when users are not enrolled in any courses

      Create courses in the system
      Login with a user account that has no enrollments
      Users see all courses, buts not able to get into it

      When a user is not enrolled in to any courses, the Navigation block shows all courses in the system. The links when clicked say they are not enrolled but would not like the ability to see.
