Plugins missing from disk and cant delete them

      I upgraded the moodle from 1.9 to 2.2.1, and all was upgraded well, but when I checked the plugin lists, it said on some extensions that were missing from disk like attendance, quickmail, attforblock, etc. I tried to uninstall them it keeps telling me the same error:
      delete_records() not available anymore
