Move completion state of activity beside activity's name

      Please Note: After applying the patch, Completion State checkboxes should appear on the right side of the Activity (and Resource) name, when in RTL mode (use Hebrew or Arabic language, on Course Setting page)

      1. Login as Admin and set a RTF language
      2. Select a course where there is Course Completion tracking
      3. TEST to see that the course completion 'checkbox' is to the right of the related activity (right side).

    Description

      Activity completion state checkbox should be close to the activity name, since it is hard to tell which checkbox correspond to which activity ot resource. In both RTL and LTR modes.
