Moodle does not display TinyMCE's Advanced Frame and Rules settings

      1.- In Moodle 2, Edit mode, Add a resource Page
      2.- In the Contents box, Insert a new table
      3.- In the Insert/Modify table, General tab, General properties, enter e.g. Cols 3; Rows 3 and Border 1
      3.- Click the Advanced tab
      4.- Set Frame="box" and Rules="all"
      5.- Click Insert button
      6.- In the WYSIWYG editor, check that your table shows borders around all cells.
      7.- Fill in the table with your own data and click Save and display the page.
      8.- You should see borders around all the cells in your table.

      When editing a table in Moodle 2's TinyMCE editor, setting e.g. rules="all" frame="box" correctly displays borders around all cells in HTML editor itself, but... only displays border in the table when page is saved and displayed in Moodle.
