Testing Instructions:
1. Select Afterburner theme
2. Float the page (Restore Down) in the browser window.
3. TEST that the horizontal scroll appears WHEN reducing the page width-ways.

This effect is caused by pagelayout not having a min-width set, as pagelayout.css is excluded from parent theme (BASE).
