It is possible as a teacher to manually grade a question. If you grade the student higher than the maximum grade (i.e max grade 1, you input 2), this error's message appears "Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: Score out of range when processing a manual grading action". After, you will have no choice but to press the "continue" button. I think the message is quite misleading. We should at least drop the part saying "Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer." This is pretty alarming for a teacher !
