      • As a teacher, create a quiz activity
      • Add a new question in this quiz
      • As a student, attempts and finish the quiz
      • Again as a teacher, go edit the question and alter the question definition. Save the question
      • At this point, the proposition is to show a warning message that the quizes used by this question may need to be regraded

      The problem is that this is not necessarily clear that we should regrade all the notes of the quiz when you change the definition of a question that is used in a quiz that has already been attempted

      The proposition here is to show a confirmation dialog when the save button is cliqued only when the question met the this conditions:

      • The question is used in a at least one quiz
      • The question is attempted at least one time by a student
