Theme selector should be changed from 2-screen to 1-screen selection

      Should be fixed in master only. Please refer to MDL-27862 for more information

      1. 2-screen theme selection is quite confusing and should be changed to 1-screen.
      2. enhance navigation for easy navigation to theme selection pages.
      3. "Allow mobile device detection" set to no (by default)
      4. Add two buttons for redirection (after the theme is selected)
