Assignment displays grade in wrong format if scale used and grade overridden

      Description

      Reproduction Steps:
      1. Create an assignment, use a scale as grading method.
      2. Override the grade in the grader report.
      3. View the assignment submissions.

      For reference my scale is F,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,D-,,,D,,,,D+,,,C-,,,,C,,,C+,,,B-,,,,B,,,B+,,,,,A-,,,,,A,,,,,,,,,,,A+

          This issue was assigned to me automatically, however I will not be able to work on this issue in the immediate future.           Hello,

          Unfortunately this issue applies to the old mod_assignment module. This module has been superseeded by the new mod_assign plugin and we are no longer supporting the old one so I am closing this issue.
