admin/qtypes.php and admin/qbehaviours.php should use uninstall_plugin

      1. Install a question type and a question behaviour add-on from the plugins DB.

      2. Uninstall them using the Plugins overview page.

      3. Repeat using Manage qtype and manage qbehaviours to do the uninstall, rather than Plugins overview.
