      Description

As an improvement I would like to see Anomaly with some basic custom settings this would include a 'tagline' MDL-29561 in the page header and also a Custom CSS textarea to add changes to the CSS.

And tested while reviewing both the tag line and the css settings seem to do their work (although I had to purge caches to see the changes).

Also, I've added one extra commit bumping the version, FYI.

@Eloy Lafuente (stronk7) OK...thanks. As for needing to Purge all caches you obviously took no notice of Test Instruction 2. telling you to enable Theme Designer Mode.

A brilliant future is awaiting us out there, better with your code. Let's look towards the future together, this is now closed.

(and won't be revisiting it unless some regression is found)

            Thanks and ciao
