Filepicker should use lazy loading instead of pagination

There should be no paging bar in Filepicker, instead, when a user scrolls to the end of list, the next "page" should be requested via AJAX and new files appended to the bottom of the page. This should work in all three view modes.

I suppose sorting in table view mode will not work with lazy loading unless all files are loaded.
