      • Course pages

    Description

At the moment blocks drag-drop is working on course pages only. There is already infrastructure to make it work everywhere (blocks drag-drop js module initialiser can be moved to blocks output functions), but it requires some polishing.

The inconsistency is awkward, as (assuming JS/AJAX is enabled) some pages will have the move icon on blocks, whereas others use drag & drop - with no obvious (to the user) reason why.
