I have implemented LDAP Auth and NTLM SSO login and love it. However sometimes the need arrises when you want to login with a different username than the one that is logged into the PC. I know this can be done by going to the URL http://MyMoodleSiteAddress/login/index.php?authldap_skipntlmsso=1 and I have added a HTML block to my home page with a link to this address for this purpose.
But, I think a simple small check box next to the login link in the top right corner that is only visible when SSO is enabled in LDAP Auth setting would be a great improvement.Call it Skip SSO or Alternate Login or something like that.
So basically if you logged in by clickly the login link you would go straight in or if it was ticked then you would be prompted for credentials (ie don't attempt SSO). Other option is to have checkbox ticked by default and called SSO and user would have to untick if they wanted to skip SSO. The display of this checkbox could also be turned on or off from LDAP Auth Setting.
