    Description

      Should we:

      a) Get rid of it - its not been applied for most AJAX things for years - its not respected for the filepicker and other huge AJAX things, so its probably useless

      b) Make it be respected JS things (not a substitute for disabling javascript) - in which case

      1. There have been recent bugs setting off by default
      2. The stuff it used to control was flakey so many people have turned it off so we'd be hiding the new features to many users

      c) Something else?
