When creating a folder the dialog that comes up gives no indication what it is doing.

It feels a little odd, and could confuse people who go away at that point and come back.

I suggest:

1) make the text field a little shorter to make room
2) change the main button from "Create" to "Create new folder"
3) add a "Cancel" button. I know it's redundant, but we should be consistent.
