Progress Bar in a lesson only goes up

      1. create a lesson within a course
      2. enable progress bar on lesson setting
      3. add some contents and questions.
      4. login as student and attempt the lesson
      5. make sure progress bar doesn't keep increasing for the same page.

      Note: the progress bar is determined by attempted/visited page (this includes correct/wrong attempt for the question). If the current progress bar is displaying 50% (assuming the student is in the middle progress of a lesson) and the student re-visited the first page again, the progress bar won't be reset to 10% but it will display the current progress which is 50%.

      When logged in as a student and you go to the first page of a lesson the progress bar says 10%, go to the second page it says 20%, however if you go back to the first page you would expect the progress bar to display 10% again. However what it does is display 30% and each time I go back and forth on page 1 and 2 of a Lesson the progress keeps going up, even pass 100%.
