In Opera the arrow animation in the file manager area is broken and in the wrong place

      In the Opera web browser in the File Manager form element the arrow animation is not animated and it is in the wrong place. I've attached a screen shot.

      Places that this is a problem 2.2 advanced uploading of files assignment, My private files etc.
