Filemanager: The "drop" icon should be clickable (equivalent to clicking 'Add...')

      Please keep the js error console open and ensure there are no errors while testing:

      1. Go to empty filemanager (e.g. add new forum post)
      2. Click the drag/drop icon
      3. VERIFY: the filepicker comes up
      4. Select a file
      5. VERIFY: the file goes into file manager
      6. Click the add button
      7. VERIFY: the filepicker comes up
      8. Select a file
      9. VERIFY: the file goes into file manager

      Description

      That big juicy bouncing arrow begs me to click on it. I do and nothing happens.

      It would be simple and good to make it do the same as the Add button and launch a file picker.
