Searching for user from "Enrol users" panel causes blocks to dock in IE

      1) Using MSIE 9 and 10, and other browsers, log into Moodle and visit a course which you are a teacher on.
      2) Ensure that the Settings block is on the main page, (not docked).
      3) Go to Settings > Course administration > Users > Enrolled users page.
      4) Wait for the page to load before clicking on one of the "Enrol users" buttons.
      5) Enter any string into the "Search box" and hit return key on keyboard.
      6) The user list should update to show a filtered set of results. All blocks should remain in place but can be docked by clicking on the dock icon as usual.

      3) Go to Settings > Course administration > Users > Enrolled users page.
      4) Wait for the page to load before clicking on one of the "Enrol users" buttons.
      5) Enter any string into the "Search box" and hit return key on keyboard.
      6) Settings block will dock as the search results are shown within the window.
