      Description

On the QA testing for Moodle 2.3 I found a bug on step 8 of the test for http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDLQA-1898

For this test SCORM settings are changed:

"7. Login as the teacher, edit the settings for the activity and set the attempts grading to 'Last attempt'.
      8. Login as student4, attempt the activity 3 times and check that the grade recorded in the gradebook is the score for the last attempt."

I found only the Highest score was recorded in the gradebook, not the last received score.

Thanks Bas - I was about to comment that someone always complains about the way SCORM attempts are graded when running through the QA tests as they are usually confused by how attempts and SCORM grading works... but... you've tested this well and have definitely found a bug - thanks! - will look at this tomorrow.

hmmm - this is actually operating as expected but is definitely confusing.

The LASTATTEMPT setting is really the "Last completed attempt"

we should rename the existing option as "Last completed attempt" to help avoid confusion. I'll do this now as part of this tracker issue - if someone wants us to add a "Last attempt" option this will need to be a new bug in the tracker.

Big thanks for the effort. This is now part of Moodle upstream. Let's wait for regressions, yay! LOL

          Ciao
