Having current user but no other participants in participants navigation is confusing

    Description

      Currently in the course > participants branch of navigation the current user is loaded. This is a bit confusing because it gives the impression the current user is the only participant.

      Additionally, the current user is listed even if they aren't a participant of the current course. (See attached screenshot).

      My vote would be to have no users listed under participants and have the current user course profile elsewhere.
