Description
Discovered while testing MDLQA-2091 and MDLQA-2092.
When a quiz is overdue, and the grace period is not expired yet, on the page where it is still possible to submit the attempt there is not count down and nothing happens after the grade period. Once the grace period is expired, the student can still submit its attempt and will get the state 'Finished' instead of 'Never submitted'.
Replicate the steps of both QAs to test.

CLONE - When a time is set but no date is set, the student will be allowed extra time to submit when time expires during an attempt. When the grace period expires, if the student has still not submitted the attempt, it is "Never submitted".
