File Picker for Picture field in Database activity requires Javascript

      There is no way of uploading a picture when javascript is disabled in the Browser.

      Replication steps:

      1. Disable javascript in your browser
      2. Create a database activity
      3. Add a picture field
      4. Add an entry
      5. Make sure you can select a file
