With course layout set to "Show one section per page", when a course is viewed at its top level (Course main page), the current week is not highlighted.

Replication steps:

1. Log in as admin
2. Navigate to a course or create one
3. Edit course settings and set Course layout to "Show one section per page"
4. Set the course Format to Weekly format and ensure the current date is within the course date range
5. Save settings and view the course
6. Edit course settings and set the course Format to Topics format
7. Save settings and return to the course
8. Select a single section
9. Turn editing on
10. Set the section to highlighted by clicking the light-bulb icon
11. Turn editing off
12. Click the link below the section "Return to the main course page"

Expected result: The highlighted section should be highlighted when viewing the course main page

Actual result: No section is highlighted
