When editing resources in a course with Course layout set to "Show one section per page", when you turn editing on you are shown the entire course. This is important so resources can be moved between sections. However, if you edit a resource and choose to return to the course, you are returned to a view that only shows the single section containing the resource you just edited.

Replication steps:

1. Log in as admin/teacher
2. Navigate to a course
3. Edit settings and set the Course layout to "Show one section per page"
4. Save settings and return to the course
5. Turn editing on
6. Update an existing resource
7. Click "Save and return to course"
8. Create a new resource, adding required information
9. Click "Save and return to course"

Expected result: You are returned to the course view with all sections shown

Actual result: You are returned to the course showing a single section only (if nothing else, this is a little confusing)
