As admin go to your profile.

Click on 'Notes' under 'My profile' (NOT 'Site pages').

Make sure the 'My profile' menu item is expanded with 'Notes' highlighted.

Click on 'Notes' under 'Site pages'.

Make sure the 'Sites pages' menu item is expanded with 'Notes' highlighted.

Description

As admin if I click on My Profile > Notes then Site Pages > Notes is highlighted
Note quite sure what's going on but it looks weird. If I click on one part of the nav tree another page becomes active.
