quiz statistics report should use string ids for the response analysis, rather than ints

      1. Go to Results -> Statistics for that quiz.

      2. Click on the names of some questions in Quiz structure analysis.

      3. Verify that the break-down in the Analysis of responses table looks correct.

      These area just used as unique identifiers, there is no reason to limit them to be ints. Allowing strings ids is much more meaningful. It also makes it easier to reliably construct unique identifiers.
