Choosing to copy a file from a remote repository into Moodle can take some time,
So the "copy file to Moodle" button should be disabled after it is clicked
to prevent the user from re-clicking it and trying to get the file, again.

Also, a visual (animated) notification should be visible to the user while the process is active.
