1. I have one outdated contrib plugin (repository_skydrive - you can test this by downloading and downgrading version number manually).
2. I got to admin page and check for updates
3. moodle says 'Your code is up to date'
4. If I go to the plugins page it says there is one contrib update available, but thats not easily visible

Moodle says 'Your Moodle code is up to date, there is one plugin update avaialble' (or something like that
