Test 1 (performance):

Open page with multiple text editors (i.e. create multichoice question type on frontpage, as described in ~~MDL-29831~~), maybe also other pages with text editors and/or filepickers

Make sure page performs less DB queries than before change.

Test 2 (functionality):

Make sure you can enable, create, rename, delete repositories instances

Make sure you can insert file from repository using filepicker (as copy, shortcut and link)
