With the "bloglevel" setting to "The world can read entries set to be world-accessible" and enabling "blogusecomments", when a not logged user viewing the entry clicks "comments" the ajax petition returns an "Unsupported redirect detected, script execution terminated" error message. With Javascript execution prevented, when you click comments you can't see the comments.
I'm not sure if this is the correct behaviour, in case comments doesn't allow non logged users to read comments there is no reason to display the comments div container.
