      1. Logged as an admin go to administration tree -> appearance -> blog, set "bloglevel" to "The world can read entries set to be world-accessible" and enable "blogusecomments"
      2. Go to administration tree -> appearance -> AJAX and Javascript and check "enableajax"
      3. Go to my profile block -> blogs -> add a new entry and fill the form
      4. After creating the entry you will be redirected to a page where you can see the entry, click comments and add a comment
      5. Click on the entry name and copy the URL in the clipboard
      6. Logout
      7. Without being logged paste the copied URL to the browser, you should be able to see the entry (this already works well)
      8. Click comments, you SHOULD NOT see a Javascript error (in case comments don't allow non logged users to see comments the comments container SHOULD NOT appear)

With the "bloglevel" setting to "The world can read entries set to be world-accessible" and enabling "blogusecomments", when a not logged user viewing the entry clicks "comments" the ajax petition returns an "Unsupported redirect detected, script execution terminated" error message. With Javascript execution prevented, when you click comments you can't see the comments.

I'm not sure if this is the correct behaviour, in case comments doesn't allow non logged users to read comments there is no reason to display the comments div container.
