Setup:
1. In a blank course, create 2 gradebook categories, both set to Grade Type = None.
2. Assign a couple of tasks into Category 2 only, leaving Category 1 without any tasks (these tasks can be assignments or just manual grade items for a quick test).
3. View the grader report and turn editing on
Expected result:
All grading input boxes should be aligned correctly in their columns
Actual result:
The grading input boxes are all shifted one column to the left, meaning they don't correspond with their task name.
Notes and workarounds:
This seems to be caused by choosing the 'None' grade type AND not having a task allocated to the category. It can be avoided by allocating a task OR changing the grade type to anything other than none.
