The following can be done to test changes

select Development -> Debugging from the site admin block

click save

verify that the url still looks like this /admin/settings.php?section=debugging

refresh the browser window

verify that you are not prompted with a dialog to resend data

Maybe these issues are just a thorn in my side but I'll send out the fix since it is best practice anyway

1.) Should use get after post standard for submitting forms

2.) URL query string should persist
