Powerpoint import options disappears after adding content to a lesson

After creating a lesson and adding content (e.g. multiple choice or a question) the new edit screen doesn't contain the powerpoint import option anymore. On the first edit screen there are the following options: "import question", , import powerpoint file", "insert cluster", "insert content page" and "insert question page". The edit page (after inserting content) displays only four options, and no option for importing powerpoint files.
