I saw someone mention this in the forums, but could not find it in tracker so I am making this new item.

The Month that shows in the pop up mini calendar date picker is off by one month. If you look at my attached graphic, the pop up calendar says July, but it is really August. This problem just surfaced in Moodle 2.3+, because I have just upgraded from 2.2+.

(I cannot see where to attach a graphic in tracker, was this feature removed?)
