RTL fixes for blog entries

      Description

      There is a new renderer for the blog component (MDL-32344) new styles has been added to base and arialist themes, but they specify a left margin (the entries looks similar to the forum posts) and it don't take into account the RTL languages.

      The renderer has only been introduced to master (Moodle 2.4) and the affected style is ".blog_entry .content" which is used to display blog entries
