E_STRICT problem in stats

      Prerequisites: you need some stats data in your DB. Please don't waste too much time doing this, find someone whos had a moodle for a while, enable stats, run cron to generate some data

      1. Click on: Site administration > Reports > Statistics
      2. Select a course in first combo
      3. Select a a period
      4. Click 'View'
      5. VERIFY that no E_STRICT erros are present
      6. VERIFY that graph is properly generated

      Discovered whilst testing MDL-31810

      Click on: Site administration > Reports > Statistics
      Select a course in first combo
      Select a long time period, for example '6 months'
      Click 'View'

      Causes:
