      Description

When I create a new resource of the type folder, I cannot see its contents as a guest user. Admins don't have the issue, all other roles do. I am getting this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_url() on a non-object in /mnt/nfs/web/moodlehost/moodle/sgw.ksgwl.be/mod/folder/renderer.php on line 70

To me this is not very meaningful. I did a git pull to the latest 2.3 version (Moodle 2.3.1+ (Build: 20120823)), running on apache 2.2.22, php 5.3.10. We upgraded this Moodle from 1.9 and 2.2
