Description

We've come across an issue where when viewing moodle on an iPad, course and category themes are ignored and instead the default theme is shown.

Replication steps:

Log in as admin
Navigate to Settings > Site admin > Appearance > Theme settings
Allow themes to be set for courses
Navigate to Settings > Site admin > Appearance > Theme selector
Ensure there is no theme set for Mobile devices or Tablets
Navigate to a course
Edit the course settings and set a theme other than the site theme
Using a mobile device or tablet, access the course

Expected result: The courses theme should be used

Actual result: The theme defaults to the site theme
