1/ upgrade from last week master - make sure the toolbar setting is presented during upgrade
2/ try to change editor toolbar setting - add/remove buttons and verify the changes are reflected in editors
3/ verify the new setting are intuitive enough

Note: the testing instructions are short because the point is to make this setting easy to use without any explanation.

    Description

I am going to use empty lines as separators because otherwise I did not know where long lines end.
