Filenames with utf8 charset in zip files disappear and turn to gibberish

    Description

      Filenames with utf8 charset in zip files disappear when unzipping to moodle folders
      And turn to gibberish when extracting zip files that where made inside moodle gui, to pc computer (tested on win7).
