When a new assignment is created, by default the available and due dates are enabled. To disable them you must uncheck the 'enabled' option. In previous versions the default was for the available and due dates to NOT be enabled.

A feature to allow for users to choose what default they want for assignment available and due dates would be nice. We have many teachers that forget to update the dates or uncheck the enabled box. This causes confusing to students with incorrect dates listed.

Would like to see the setting within the assignment module settings to allow for admins to choose which default they would like set for the assignment available and due dates.
