When a user removes an enrolment method they should be warned they are about to unenrol all the people enrolled with that method

      1/ create course and enrol several users manually
      2/ try to delete manual instance - it should inform you that deleting instance includes unenrolment and purging of course user data
      3/ try deleting enrol_self instance without users - the confirmation should not contain unenrolment info because there are no users enrolled

      Description

      It is not clear that deleting an enrolment method will also remove all the users enrolled in that way. This is causing headaches for staff as they try to re-enrol everyone that have been inadvertently unenrolled.

      It would be useful if a warning message appeared telling the user: "WARNING: You are about to unenrol 345 students. Are you sure you want to do this?"
