      1 Configure the home page to be set by user preference. (defaulthomepage setting)
      2 As admin, go to the site home page and check that you can see the current blocks and add new blocks

      Description

      Blocks missing from front page when default home page is user preference and current preference is 'my moodle'. It is possible to return the blocks by entering direct url of frontpage with param setdefaulthome=1. But of course this works only until the next time the user makes My Moodle the default and then go to the frontpage.
