      2. Navigate to a course
      3. Click the assignment
      4. Click add submissions
      5. Click the Add.. button in the file manager
        with a screen reader on
      6. Ensure the appearance of the dialog is announced correctly in the screen reader

      If you're feeling extra thorough, run vendor/bin/behat --tags=@core_filepicker --config=/home/jason/moodles/stable_master/moodledata_behat/behat/behat.yml
